Since my early childhood, I have been exposed to various art forms through my immediate family and later; through my spouse.

Growing up, I particularly enjoyed working with clay, leather, paper and wood.  As my art ventures progressed, I developed a passion for creating custom objects using different mediums.

Today, after a fulfilling career in the Royal Canadian Navy,  I now have the chance to pursue my joy of creating handmade objects. Upon my retirement, I graduated from the Fine Furniture & Joinery Program in which I came to appreciate more the beauty of woodworking as an art. When I design and construct a wooden object, I endeavour to choose reclaimed wood as my primary material.  I strongly believe that where feasible, efforts should be made to salvage our natural resources and give discarded items a new purpose.

My current focus is to make small intricate boxes to small wall cabinets.
